TITLE: Where is the Legal Profession going in Latin America?
SHORT BRIFIENG: Significant changes in the legal industry worldwide are challenging traditional paradigms of how law firms should be structured and managed. Topics like client service, fees, impact of new generations and technology, and globalization of local markets are generating a substantial anxiety with law firms. The traditional “family model” has worked with reasonable success for many years, but the referred changes pose relevant doubts as to how viable will continue to be, at least within corporate law firms.
This talk will go through the changes in the legal industry and the impact on the Latin American market. How should law firms in the region face and adapt to these changes?
