Any of these matters may present as a specific event that affects a limited portion of the organization, or a situation that questions all the performance of the firm.

The type of services that we provide in FMC adapts to the specific needs of each client and each case, and that may include:

  • Consultations about specific topics, dealt with in one or more meetings depending on each case. Here the client normally seeks the expert experience through advise or a point of view which helps him think about the particular situation he is facing.
  • Meetings with partners and/or associates to treat specific subjects. It may have a general educational or informative content, and also referring to specific matters of the firm.
  • Participation in general partners´ meetings, with presentations and activities aimed at developing abilities or dealing with topics of specific interest for the firm.

In this case, the participation is not completed in one or two meetings but requires a development process that normally involves an information process, assesment, design of a specific solution and its implementation. This could include projects about strategic development, compensation systems, culture and leaderhip, talent development and training, image and reputation, client and project management, etc.

Our fees are adapted to the needs and characteristics of the client and project that requires our participation. Our objective is to generate a trust relationship with our clients that endures, and that fees reflect the value we add to the organization.
